What you'll need
25ml Citrus Vodka
150ml Schweppes Ginger Ale
1 Strawberry and 5 Mint Leaves

How to mix it
1. Muddle a strawberry into the bottom of a chilled highball glass and add mint
2. Pour in vodka and fill the glass with high quality fresh ice, now slowly pour in Schweppes Ginger Ale
3. Add more ice to ensure glass is completly filled from top to bottom, lightly stir
4. Garnish with a strawberry disc
