150ml Schweppes Ginger Beer

15ml Lime Juice

Lime Disc

Ice

1. Add white rum and lime juice to a chilled highball glass 

2. Fill with high quality fresh ice and top with Schweppes Ginger Beer

3. Add more ice to ensure the glass is completely filled

4. Garnish with a lime disc
