What you'll need
25ml Limoncello
25ml Wine Aperitif
150ml Schweppes Soda
Lemon Disc
Ice
How to mix it
1. Add limoncello and wine aperitif to a chilled highball glass
2. Fill with high quality fresh ice and top with Schweppes Soda
3. Add more ice to ensure the glass is completely filled
4. Garnish with a lemon discÂ
