What you'll need
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
150ml Schweppes Soda
Orange Disc
Ice
How to mix it
1. Add Campari and sweet vermouth to a chilled highball glass
2. Fill with high quality fresh ice
3. Top with Schweppes Soda, add more ice to ensure the glass is completely filled
4. Garnish with an orange disc
